My Story

Stephanie brings over a decade of experience supporting individuals, children, and families in diverse roles, including Doula, Family Support Specialist, and Therapist. Her journey of walking with families through loss, trauma, and life hardship has instilled in her a deep reverence for the resilience of the human spirit and a commitment to helping others reclaim their vitality and sense of purpose.

Stephanie is passionate about supporting individuals who wish to reconnect with and deepen their sense of Self. She assists clients in cultivating a meaningful, embodied relationship with life through practices that explore the client’s story, engage their senses, enhance health holistically, and nurture strong, connected relationships. Her expertise extends to guiding mothers through the perinatal period, early years of parenting, and overcoming the impact of developmental and complex trauma.

She believes that when individuals heal and thrive, their relationships flourish, and the ripple effects can transform families and entire communities for generations.

Understanding that true healing encompasses mind, body, and soul, Stephanie offers an integrative and holistic approach to therapy.

Her practice weaves together Attachment-based models, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, Jungian Therapy, and Mindfulness-based interventions with, of course, Nature Therapy.

When tending to herself, you will find her with her husband and two young children enjoying outdoor shenanigans or tucked into a good book.
